Major Duties and Responsibilities

Presently, working as an outsourced IT Engineer in Tawam Molecular Imaging Center (A Healthcare project of Mabadala).
* Working as a front end support for all IT issues .
* Managing users under the environment of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 / XP clients.
* Administring a Siemens medical system SYNGO & Building Managment System.
* Liaison with contractors and vendors for updates and maintenance.
As SERVICE DESK Engineer in (Abu Dhabi Ports Company).

* Provided support to ADPC and its contractor companies Bechtel, Mouchel, Fujitsu etc. having more than 500 users across 6 sites and head office.
* Interaction with the end-user for first level desk side support.
* Installation and configuration of Microsoft and other products e.g. Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007, Visio 2003 / 2007, Project 2003 / 2007, Infoworks, Adobe Professional, AutoCAD 2007, AutoDesk 2009 etc. Some of Windows 2003 servers.
* Domain Users and Exchange Mail accounts management.
* Configuration of email accounts in Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007.
* Creation of new user accounts for Infoworks.
