As a Payroll Officer at Elegancia Human Resources, playing a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing for our diverse workforce. Responsible includes managing end-to-end payroll processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws. Key Responsibilities Mentioned below


Process end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce of more than 10, 000 employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries and benefits.

Schedule bank payments through WPS and facilitate direct distribution of paychecks to employees, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Manage the administration of leave, gratuity, and ticket accruals, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Prepare end-of-service settlements (final settlements) and annual leave settlements in accordance with company policies and Qatar labor laws.

Coordinate with various sites and projects to collect and regulate timesheets for labor on a weekly basis, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in attendance tracking.

Serve as the point of contact with the bank for tasks such as opening new accounts for new joiners and resolving account-related issues.

Implement and manage a biometric attendance system for staff, streamlining attendance tracking and reducing discrepancies.
Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data, maintaining an up-to-date and accurate payroll database.

Execute leave payments, leave encashment, and other employee benefits.

Maintain data related to loans, salary advances, and any other deductions if any.

Reconcile attendance to check for any arrears and deductions to be made.

Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure smooth transfer of salaries, settlements, and other financial transactions.

Oversee the filing of both hard copy and soft copy employee documents, ensuring data integrity.

Manage HR dashboards to provide insights into various HR and payroll metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Successfully resolve discrepancies related to salary, overtime, and other payroll-related matters, ensuring employee satisfaction.

Handle employee requests for documents such as salary certificates and bank letters, providing prompt and accurate assistance.

Update and maintain company worker databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee information.
