• Reports directly to the Resident Engineer/Project Manager.
• Directly responsible in the approval of all Contractor’s Construction Services submission in Dubai Municipality system.
• Directly responsible in the review of all Contractor’s technical submissions such as but not limited to subcontractors’ pre-qualifications, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, request for information, etc.
• Ensures that the project is executed in line with the Contract Documents and FIDIC’s General Conditions of Contract.
• Monitors and controls the progress of work with respect to the approved Clause 14 Programme of Works and ensures that the actual progress is in line with the planned progress.
• Directly responsible in all correspondences (letters) to the Client and Contractor.
• Monitors and controls the quality and safety of the site.
• Ensures construction is carried out in accordance with the approved design drawings, method statements, materials, and in line with local authorities’ regulations.
• Ensures that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures are implemented at site.
• Issues Non-Compliance Reports, Site Observation Reports and Safety Violation Reports to the Contractor whenever the Contractor’s work/performance is not in accordance with contract specifications and approved drawings.
• Prepares monthly the Progress Report for the Client’s use and reference.
• Attends the Weekly Progress, Technical and Coordination meetings and prepares the Minutes of these Meetings.
• Fulfills all other instructions delegated to me by the Resident Engineer/Project Manager.
• From time to time helps the Contracts Department in producing tender documents for new projects such as Specifications and Bill of Quantities.

• Due to non-availability of upcoming and on-going projects, I was asked to utilize my structural design skill using STAAD and drafting skill using AutoCAD in the office. I aspire to be one of the key players in Structural Engineering Department.
• Reports directly to the Head of Structural Department.
• Delegated of minor STAAD and RAM Concept works from time to time.
• Delegated of AutoCAD drafting works for Structural Drawings.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Head of Structural Department.

• Reports directly to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager.
• Monitors and controls the progress of work with respect to the approved Clause 14 Program and ensures that the actual progress is in line with the planned progress.
• Monitors and controls the quality and safety of the site.
• Ensures construction is carried out in accordance with the approved design drawings, method statements and local authorities’ regulations.
• Ensures that all materials to be used in the works have already been approved. They shall be new and of the best quality.
• Ensures that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures are implemented at site.
• Approves / rejects shop drawings, material submittals, technical submittals, method statements, mock-up samples issued / prepared by the Contractor.
• Answers queries asked by the Contractor reflected in the RFI (Request for Information) that is within my scope of work.
• Issues Non-Compliance Reports, Site Observation Reports and Safety Violation Reports to the Contractor whenever the Contractor’s work/performance is of substandard level.
• Fulfills all other instructions delegated to me by the Resident Engineer/Project Manager.

• Reports directly to the Company Owner / General Manager.
• Direct contact and liaises with the Main Contractor.
• Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the scope of work.
• Have a reputation of having an “A Status” approved by the Consultant in most of my prepared shop drawings.
• Manages the procurement and quality of materials at site that are coming from the factory.
• Oversees the progress and quality of installation at site. Ensures that that work is executed in accordance with the approved shop drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
• Prepares S-Curves, Bar Charts, and Schedule of Works necessary to complete the works ahead of the target schedule.
• Ensures invoicing is done correctly and on time. Follows up for variations.
• Conducts interviews with applicants. Trains and supervises junior engineers.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.

• Exercising full control over the workforce on site.
• Ensures that work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications agreed procedures, and method statements.
• Reports directly to the Senior Construction Manager regarding the status of order, delivery, and progress of the project.
• Conduct review on all Structural Drawings.
• Ensures that safety rules and regulations are being delivered to the workforce and are fully enforced.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Senior Construction Manager and Project Manager.
