Job Description in GKFX: - (Sales Manager- MENA) UAE - Dubai.
- Sales Management through handle of customer data in (MENA Disk ) with the sales staff and the follow-up and update the data for the completion of the process of opening accounts, and answer all customer inquiries, help them to solve it, face-to-face or by telephone.
- Sale of all financial products offered by the company to customers of all Fx types, with high professionalism.
- Classification the data of the clients and direct contact with customers and dealing with all requests their accounts.
- Open the trading accounts for clients in the global financial markets.
- Handle all the clients and meet all their requests own their accounts with the company, which is under my supervision.
Noor Capital Markets is subsidiary and service provider of Amwal International Investment Company KSCC. Amwal specializes in private equity, financial services and development projects in MENA region, headquartered in Kuwait City. Amwal is a public listed company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and is licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait.
Job Description in Noor Capital Markets :- (Administration Manager) .
- Representing the company in front of governmental entities upon executive management’s authorization.
- Preparing expenses and costs statements to be sent to the financial manager.
- Implementing leavings, Hiring and Termination decisions according to the followed procedures in Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
- Announcing the new decisions of the executive management as well as archiving it.
- Preparing the reports of employees’ attendance & absence to be delivered to Human Resources Department.
- Assuring the employees’ affairs are followed and completed in terms of Documentations, Residency Visas and Health Insurances.
- Giving a regular supervision to make sure that the office is well equiped with the needed stationary and other supplies.
- Achieving all external tasks that belong to the company with governmental & private entities and completing its procedures.
- Saving the sensitive documents of the company (Commercial license and registry) to be renewed in case of expiration as well as all other official documents.
Worked in Noor Electronic Services LLC company (Official Customer Service), in the currency trading (Investment Banking), in Dubai, Noor Electronic Services, LLC is a subsidiary of Noor Capital a Private Joint Stock Company, which is a financial investment company licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, from September 2011, October 2013.
Job Description in Noor Capital:- (Back- Office Operations).
- Handle all the customers with high professionalism, to help them in any queries or technical issues that appear during the process of opening an account.
- Assistant with all the customers and their training, on trading platform and how to deal with high professionalism.
- Searching and identifying areas for business development as well as networking opportunities in telesales.
- Follow up customers, the implementation of withdrawal requests and deposit, and send recommendations of buying and selling in the market every day, send e-mail to customers the latest developments in the work, open the trading accounts for clients and auditing them, reply to customer needs and implement it, respond to customer complaints and try to resolve it, and anything relating to customer service.
