• Handle all legal matters of the company.
• Prepare, draft & review legal agreements, Tender Documents, and other legal documents as instructed by CEO and Board of Directors in Arabic & English.
• Draft, Review, and monitor Board resolutions, Term of Refernce for the board committees including the prepration for AGM and EGM.
• Provide strategic supports for project managers to resolve disputes by mitigating the risks and provide alternative solutions.

• Ensure implementation and adherence to the requirements of good corporate governance practises, safety and Environment management system.
• Prepare management reports for project’s case studies to solve a dispute, including advices of alternative dispute resolution procedure..

• Insure compliance with the Regulator of the electricial sector law, License Conditions and Government regulations.

• Draft, Review & prepare CEO’s third parties correspondences in accurate legal format in Arabic & English.
• Control & Monitor all the cases in the courts through the external law firms.
• Coordinate between the external law firms and the management of the company

4. Drafting and modifying addendums for the projects e.g (Addendum of receiving documents, Addendum of site possessing, Addendum of leasing instruments, equipments and machines and addendum of manpower.
