• Managing BI and Data Analytics across the sales function
• Data Analytic and Reporting for Key Stakeholders (Nielsen Retail Audit, UHT dispatches and Secondary Sales)

• Weekly reporting on Numeric Achievement, Sales Fundamentals KPI’s (Drop Size, Channel Wise Numeric, Invoicing and Channel Growth)
• Special Analysis Projects on In - Call Execution, Customer Facing Supply Chain, PPP Drives, RTM and Chiller Throughput
• Development of NPDMS Mobile App for Order Booking and Tertiary Sales Monitoring (Android OS)
• Data Analytic and Reporting for Key Stakeholders (Nielsen Retail Audit and Secondary Sales)
• Integration of NPDMS with Burque Information System (Leading Distributor of Nestle Pakistan)
• Channel Management, Cleansing and Data Mapping
