* Managed smooth inbound and outbound operation, stock put-away, and dispatch.

* Coordination with purchase and production department with regards to flow of
materials.
* Continues coordination with 3PL regarding receiving and dispatch of goods.
* Day-to-Day invoice processing, coordinate with sales department timely invoice handling, purchase & returns entry regular follow.
* Prepared and maintained export documentation such as letters of credit commercial invoice, and certificates of origin.

* Coordinate and oversee the daily dispatch of delivery, create schedules and routes, monitor and track the status of delivery to ensure timely completion.
* Maintain inventory levels by performing regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies, invoice handling.
* Make sure that all goods are labeled properly using appropriate lot and item numbers, production date and expiry date.

* Prepare and maintain daily status report for all import/export, create and verify documentation, and Quotation list making.
* Ensure timely invoicing and proper recordkeeping, doing all data entry works.
* Maintain both shipping and receiving logs.
* Maintain product safety and security in the warehouse.
