 Management of IT projects, mainly critical and complicated projects are handled in this role
 The management activity starts from project inception level.
 The vendor selection starting from RFP preparation, vendor nominations and evaluations also include in this critical role.
 Special focus on IT security related projects.

 Test planning, strategy development and people management of testing team
 Functional area analysis for testing of core banking migration project for retail and corporate segment.
 Test scenario and test cases analysis for complete branch transactions, customer service functionalities, ATM transactions and other transaction.
 Test scenario and test cases analysis for newly developed corporate loan origination system and related areas.
 Data migration testing approach and strategy development.
 Test region management for different type of releases.
 Defect management and progress reporting
 Coordinate with multiple team, vendors and get complicated system integration issues resolved.
 UAT team management, sign off and send release to production.
 Report the testing status and perform software readiness assessment for higher management including CIO.
 Ensure software readiness for production deployment and coordinate with operations team for deployment.
 QA process development, test matrix development for complicated core banking replacement project with different vendors who handled the performance management.

 Delivered ITSM process implementation deliverables including but not limited to SLA, OLA, Service Catalogue and Performance report.
 Analyse and implement ITSM tools and incorporated the same in performance reporting.
 Business analysis of Balanced Score Card for IT Service Management.
