• As a consultant I helped them overall business growth by helping to organise their Supply chain planning, production planning, production automation, ERP implementation, inventory management, lean manufacturing, food safety implementation, HACCP and quality control. during consulting organisation production performance increased up to 25% and waste reduced up to 15% consolidatory.
• Year 2019 to 2021 (Senior Production Supervisor)
o The organisation have (5 Central Kitchens in different regions (Jeddah, Khobar, Qassim & head Riyadh) out of them two Central kitchens are in Riyadh KSA with different categories of food and beverages i.e under Brands names Hamburgini (Burger and fries) and Medali (Bakery, Soups, Salad and subs).
o I am managing and leading both kitchen with more than 55+ staff (have more than 8
nationalities) in economically and profitably. Read and analyse charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
o Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
o Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
o Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
o Observe work and monitor the SOP, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
o Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers.
o Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
o Make planning for materials that are going to use for the production and make sure the availability of each.
o Enforce Food safety, personal hygiene and sanitation regulations.
o Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
o Determine standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labour availability, and workloads.
o All the relevant task that enhance the productivity and efficiently of the production team in order to use optimum utilization of resources.

In this tenure we use companys logistics resources very efficiently and smartly by maintaining coordination between Stores and warehouse request of fleet of vehicles by minimum transport and maintenance cost without affecting quality and brand value of the company, there was happiness all around the logistic department from man power to maintenance department and account department as the logistic cost was dropped up to 20%. this happen just because of good planning and managerial expertise without affecting operation.
