In this tenure we use companys logistics resources very efficiently and smartly by maintaining coordination between Stores and warehouse request of fleet of vehicles by minimum transport and maintenance cost without affecting quality and brand value of the company, there was happiness all around the logistic department from man power to maintenance department and account department as the logistic cost was dropped up to 20%. this happen just because of good planning and managerial expertise without affecting operation.
