Direct Responsibility of PMV Activities And Operations for the North South lines (63Km) workshops, Base & Fields.
Charged with directing operations for fleet maintenance workshops and transport support, meeting or exceeding integrated management system and company’s standards and requirements. Managing and planning the daily activities for PM, CM with four engineers and their delegates in teams. All Fleets are controlled by GPS tracking system managed by PMV administrators with Geo-Plan access and speed control for safety operation and driving; odometer/hour follow -up process for fleet next PM planning and interval service system methodology. MAXIMO - Fleet Management Software utilized by PMV for asset management, fleet history, Service & Maintenance; including the Two Years Spare Parts stock & budget control. manpower tracking, billing and cost control. Controlled and audited workshop budgets to maintain cost efficiencies and fleet availability for maximum use and support. Liaise with fleet control manager to ensure equipment earmarked is prepared and fit for service. Reporting to the Fleet PMV Manager/Director.
