Review scope of works and implementation Electrical activities at site.
Conducting inspection and Implementation of Quality check list and raising
inspection site data. Making follow up and closure of NCR at site installation.
Prepare and review of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for different project QC.
Regular site inspection to eliminate Non-conformance Responsible in compiling
of QA/QC reports. Inspection of materials received from suppliers, and verifying
the things going at site according to standard procedure, and then develop
inspection reports for the activity to analyse variance in the activity process and to
control Non-conformance.
Review site drawings and Support the Electrical activities at site and implement
Checklist for inspection at site. Responsible for making a follow-up regarding
‘Corrective Action’ for any Non-Conformance occurring at site. Responsible to
review Quality inspection reports and Field test reports and submission to client
for final approval as part of project handing over stage. Prepare monthly and
weekly project Electrical status reports for client submission through senior
management. Maintaining the master list for all calibrating instruments used at
site and arranging their calibration at planned interval from third party source.
Prepare Two Weeks site Look Ahead Schedule with coordination to site PM and
Planning Dept. & QC Manager. Monitor & maintain quality records &
documentation like Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Inspection Report & other
deliverables as per QMS.
Implementation of Control Projects e.g.: Lighting, Access Control & CCTV
Other tasks included were supervision of wiring & termination, FAT, SAT, Load
Calculations, Variation Orders and Inspecting technician work etc.
Responsible to start a project from scratch and to handover the completed project
to Consultants/End Users.
Develop complete Submittal i.e. Sequence of Operation, Billing of Quantity,
Compliance Statements, Control Panel & MCC Wiring Diagrams.
Calculation of Energy consumption and supporting for Energy conservation
methods and implementation.
Conduct Presentation and Training for Operators & end users to give them
awareness about the system installed.
Modifying different kinds of Engineering Drawings on AutoCAD.
Management of the Access control System Server, Redundant Server, SQL/Card
Gateway, Global Gateways, KTNCC system and applications.
Management of Server, Client application software, Storage & Backup handling.
for the Designing, Supervision and Commissioning of HVAC,
Avigilon Access Control, Intrusion & CCTV system Integration

for the T&C of different ELV Projects.
Provide technical assistance for production of shop drawings and flow diagrams.
Other tasks included were supervision of wiring & termination, Installation of
field devices and Testing & Commissioning.
Contributed to preparation of preliminary project cost estimation to finalize the
financial proposals.
Ensured that all work is conducted in a safe and reliable manner.
