Responsibilities: Project Construction/(TA/N-TA) Planning and
monitor progress and reporting updates to client:
• Participate in Pre-Turnaround Walkthrough with Engineering
Consultant & Ops to understand Construction (TA/N-TA) work scope
• Prepare detailed Construction (TA/N-TA) Schedule, monitor key
milestones progress
• Prepare clear and accurate reports and distribute/communicate them
to necessary personnel and stakeholders
• Maintain Project schedule by reporting Project progress and potential
risks during Project life cycle & Construction (TA/N-TA)
• Liaise with the Construction Manager and other stakeholders to
ensure commitment to customer satisfaction during Construction
(TA/N-TA)
• Compile data from different sources/contractors and create reports
from gathered data.
• Communicate detailed Project status and Construction reports to
client and stakeholders
• Report Construction progress to stakeholders and raise flag for any
potential delays
• Walkthrough to check Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation work
done at job site
• Prepare Commissioning activities Schedule after input from Vendor,
Operations and other stakeholders for Compressor and associated
auxiliaries for safe Start-up
• Follow-up for handover of Turnover packages/documents to

Stake Holders
• Maintain Risk register for all actions generated & Coordinate Risk
Assessments/PHAs
• Attend meetings with EPA & Coast Guards on Process Safety&
Environmental issues.
• Participate in detailed QRAs for Fire, Blast, Explosion and Dropped
Objects for Projects.
• Participate in detailed Engineering reviews and Human Engineering
Factor for Safety.
• Participate detailed H2S & CO2 dispersion modeling risk studies for
Facilities/Pipelines.
• Contractors HSE systems Gap Analysis and identify areas of
improvement in Field.
• Review Engineering & Construction Contractors progress at all
stages of Projects.
• Fabrication Yards visits to review Equipment fabrication correctness
and QA/QC reports.
• Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) with Ops, Eng, Projects
and Construction.
• Identify critical documents for hand over to Operations including
Critical equipment list.
• Coordinate with Ops, Projects and Contractors for Facilities/Pipelines
PSSRs & RFSU.
• Participate in Field Audits and compile Project close out Report as
well as Lessons learn.

• Participate to identify Projects milestones for Engineering,
Procurement & Construction.
• Attend weekly interface meetings with HSE, Project, HSE,
Procurement & Construction.
• Identify Project Risks and follow-up with all stake holders for Project
actions closure.
• Team member to develop detailed Construction Plan & major Risks
Mitigation Plan.
• Participate in FEED Engineering reviews, 2D/3D model reviews and
Safety in Design.
• Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) with Ops, Eng, Projects
and Construction.
• Participate in detailed Engineering reviews and Human Engineering
Factor for Safety.
• Contractors HSE systems Gap Analysis and identify areas of
improvement in Field.
• Fabrication Yards visits to review Equipment fabrication correctness

• Check Storage Tanks foundation, Plates installation, welding & review
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Check Pipeline & Gas/Steam Turbines equipment installation &
review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Check Gas/Oil Pipelines installation (trenching, welding, lowering &
shoring) and welding progress (Dia-inch).
• Check Mechanical equipment & Modules (Mech/Elect) installation &
review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Check Pipeline Rotating (Pumps/Compressors) equipment installation
& review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Review hydrotesting & radiography progress reports as well as status
of welds rejected in Field.
• Review Field Engineering & Construction Contractors progress at all
stages of Projects in Field
• Review heavy equipment Lifting Plans & Long Lead
Material/Equipment delivery Plans.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly Construction Plans and issue
PKIs progress reports.
• Approve Field modifications & review drawings red lining during
Construction in Field.
• Make sure that correct drawings/documents (latest Rev) are used in
Field and are available.
• Coordinate Material take-off for Projects during Construction stage
and log in MAXIMO
• Coordinate flow of documents and up-loading of latest Project
documents in SharePoint.
• Walkthrough to check correctness of Stationary & Rotating
Equipment, Piping/Pipelines.
• Responsible for Mechanical Completion handover to Ops before
Commissioning.
• Identify critical documents for handover to Operations including
Critical equipment list.
• Coordinate with Operations & Vendors for commissioning of major
Facilities equipment
• Facilitate Facilities/Pipelines PSSRs & RFSU Plans to
commission & start-up safely.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Engineering consultant to provide all
equipment manuals/data sheets and Critical documents such as
P&IDs/FLDs, C&E charts, F&G layouts, Alarm & Trip set points,
Electrical Load diagram, Single Line diagram, Functional Logic
diagram, Plot Plans, Electrical & Hazardous Area classification.
• Responsible for compiling Turnover packages/documents including
equipment manuals/data sheets and Critical documents as well as test
certificates to handover to Ops.

Reporting Maintenance, Production, Asset Integrity & Crude Export
Terminal Groups.
• Implementation of Safety Case recommendations & Asset Integrity
Management for Rotating equipment, Stationary equipment, Flow
lines and Plant piping.
• Implementation of E -Choke to improve Plant Operating Efficiency
(+94%) to meet over all company production targets by maintaining
28 compressors and 84 pumps.
• Produced water is maintained under 3 PPM of Oil with proper
operation of Floating cells, Heater treaters as well as Separators for
Produced Water & Oil Production ration of 1:5
• Water injection in wells to maintain reservoir pressure and timely acid
jobs through Sub-surface to maintain Oil production and Water
injection Wells are Not plugged to operate.
• Leading Teams in Oil & Gas Facilities start- ups, which include start
up procedures, Operating procedures and coordination with vendors.
• Development of Operations Safety Management Systems for entire
Field Operations.
• Managing Power generation & Water Treatment Plant for entire
Operations.
• Promoting HSE culture in all departments working with Operations
Group.
• Emergency Team Leader and responsible for entire Oil & Gas
Facilities.
• Managing OPEX & CAPEX for Operation Group including cost control.

Coordinate between EPC Contractor and Operations to develop and
implement Projects and to make sure that Projects implemented are
