Meeting with external parties which involve API certifying body in matter relating to the Company's system.
Working as a QA Engineer and Management Representative from April 2014 to April 2015, handling In-process Inspection, Visual Welding Inspection as per WPS, PQR, Final Release Inspection of Finished products, Disassemble of valves, choke manifold assembly and visual inspection for any damages/worn out parts, Assembling and Inspection of Valves as per the standard requirements API 6A, API 16C.
Working as a Management Representative and Quality Engineer from May 1st, 2013. I implement QMS - APQP, FMEA, Risk Management and Analysis, Design Package, in this Organization and got certified by API on Sep’2013 and conduct Internal Training regarding API Spec Q1, ISO 9001: 2008.
Responsible for the whole QMS process and Quality Inspection for Incoming material, Final process Inspection at the time assembling the Thermal Spray Equipments.
Responsible for Customer inspection and Supplier audit for critical part vendors.
Conduct 6 Internal Audits; Management Review Meeting for all the departments under my responsible.

Preparing Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, Documents & Formats like Sequence of Interaction process, Contract Review, Inspection Reports, QC Story, Non-Conformity Report, Internal Audit Reports, Supplier Audit Report, Machine Maintenance Checklist, 7 Step Problem Solving Methodology, Training Plan, etc for ISO and API as per the standard requirements.
