• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and other authorized peripheral equipment
User Support
• Provide wide range of support directly and over telephone to more than 200 users (including IT and Non IT Users).
• Supported vastly different infrastructure and application environments in a 10x6/7 model
• Develop training modules and provide trainings for end users.
• Works with different business units to help implement Internal Systems.
• Interacts with internal departments on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
