international countries.
·Managed a mini project file with the team including SWOT analysis,
operational plan for 3 years, project timeline, and project cost.
·Assisted to develop 3 key performance indicators (KPIS) for half/quarter
year, where these KPIS were measurable as well as actionable.
·Collected the performance indicators of the organization for the last year and
current year then entered the data on excel software.
