Procure instrumentation, electrical & the requisites required for the project as per the Requisitions given by the Project Engineers.
• Study the PRF and do the stock check with the Stores Department for the requested material.
• Float the enquiries with Datasheet to the Vendors mentioned in the QP Preferred Vendors List given in the contract.
• Review the Quotation with the Datasheet and then forward the same to the Engineering Department for Technical Evaluation.
• Evaluations of the Quotations commercially once the Quotes are technically accepted.
• Ensure the compliance to our Commercial Terms & Conditions by the Vendor.
• Evaluate the suppliers based on the response, cost, delivery and the Quality.
• Following up with the Vendors for the documents after placing the Order for onward submission to QP.
• Check the Monthly status of the ordered materials from the Vendors.
• Weekly updating the status of all the Purchase Orders and generating a report to the Management for their necessary actions.
Involved in Procurement of Valves, Pipes & Fittings, Structural Steels, Instrumentation & Electrical Cables, Junction Boxes for the KOC Project.
PROCURING MACHINERY SPARES, BEARINGS, STEEL STRUCTURALS, ELECTRICAL MATERIALS LIKE FUSES, CARBON BRUSHES, SLIP RINGS Etc. PROCURING SAFETY MATERIALS, INDUSTRIAL GASES, ROLLS FOR THE ROLLSHOP AND GUIDE SPARES FOR THE GUIDE SHOP.
AS EXPLAINED IN THE RESUME WAS WORKING IN CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS INVOLVED IN IMPLEMENTING TPM TECHNIQUES AND REFURBISHING OF CNC FANUC ROBO MACHINES
