REWARDS AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS:

•Develop and maintain the job descriptions and organization charts database and carry out any modifications or enhancements required by management.
•Evaluate jobs using a standard job evaluation scheme and provide support to job evaluation panels.
•Maintain administrative procedures of the organization’s reward policies to ensure that these are implemented effectively.
•Carry out and participate in salary surveys, and analyze data, to ensure that the organization has accurate and up-to-date information relating to external pay relativities.
•Assist in annual salary and incentive planning and administration.
•Assists in designing a proper salary scheme based on the job evaluation and the grading and levelling of the organization.
•Establish and manage win-win relationships with all benefits providers to ensure the highest services standards and zero-cost services.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT:

•Identify and analyze training and development needs within the organization through assessments, appraisals, and regular consultation with the management.
•Develop and manage a training plan and budget in coordination with line management as per annual business objectives.

•Execute all engagement initiatives based on the HC strategy to enhance the attachment and engagement level of employees.
•Manage the On boarding process and orientations for all new comers.
•Organize team-building events.
•Assist in developing Code of conduct and updating internal HC processes and forms.

RECRUITMENT:

•Handle all recruitment activities when needed through sourcing, screening, and filtering CVs, running assessments, making phone screening, and initial interviewing for junior positions.
•Represent the company in recruitment events and fairs and maintain contacts with recruitment agencies, governmental and non-governmental educational institutes, and any other potential source of future recruits.
•Form alliances with universities, NGOs, and students’ associations to ensure the availability of sourcing pool and funding tool when needed.
