• Provide technical support and advice (workshops, presentations, e-mail, and phone support)

• Log and document product enhancement requests
• Inform customers and users about updates, resolved issues and fixed bugs
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the situation
