Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting management and staff in performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Answering and directing phone/Skype calls
- Sending/receiving fax
- Writing job ads, posting them on recruiting websites, filtering CVs, scheduling appointments and
assisting in taking interviews
- Preparing job descriptions, offers and contracts, as well as following up on requested documents
- Assisting in making travel arrangements
- Translating various documents from Arabic to English and Vice Versa

- Preparing reports, forms, letters and circulars as requested
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Developing and maintaining a filing system
- Providing general support to guests
- Approaching global institutions for accreditations and collaboration/investment opportunities
- Coordinating with vendors for school supplies of furniture, tools, floors, office equipment,
catering services, maintenance and security services
- Preparing competitors’ market study and updating it regularly
- Preparing invoices and following up on processing payments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recertifying Pearson PTE Academic Test annual license
- Counseling phone, email, and walk-in inquiries about Pearson PTE Academic test format, timings,
price list including late fee registrations and test practice packages
- Ordering online test vouchers upon request
- Booking Pearson PTE Academic Test daily appointments
- Signing in and admitting test takers
- Proctoring test sessions
- Post-test follow up with test takers for results and answering all types of inquiries
- Teaching English Language, training test takers and preparing them for the PTE Academic Test.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing academic monthly workshops and annual five major educational exhibitions in Jordan.
This includes:
a) Sitting events’ dates back to back with our sister company’s offices in the Gulf and Egypt
b) Sending out invitations to partner universities, colleges and English Language centres in UK, USA,
Canada, Australia and turkey
c) Coordinating with the marketing team to decide budget, target audience and marketing tools
d) Hotel bookings for guests’ accommodation and event’s venue
e) Airport pickup and drop off for guests
f) Planning optional trips for top touristic destinations in Jordan during the guests stay
g) School visits booking during morning period of the exhibition’s days
h) Goodbye dinner and souvenirs distribution at the end of each event
- Sitting up daily meetings with the Director and staff accomplishing all types of admin and
executive tasks
- Counseling postgraduate students (PG: Master’s and PhD) for study options in UK that best match
their academic and work qualifications, preferred major, tuition and living expenses budget
- Preparing and checking all application documents
- Applying for up to eight options for Master’s students, and fifteen options for PhD students
- Following up on submitted applications with the universities and applicants
- Assisting students with tuition fees deposit payments, accommodation booking, airport pickup
and transportation, as well as Tier 4 general students Visa application and interview preparation
- Handling daily correspondences (emails, faxes, phone calls and walk-in inquiries).

- Determining customers' recruitment needs, and preparing proposals to sell services that address
these needs
- Giving online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince
customers to buy
- Following the Bayt sales pitch stages with rigor and discipline
- Following daily sales matrix as per the “sales funnel/pyramid”
- Producing regular reports on personal sales funnel including all personal stats and efficiency
ratios, and analyze performance
- Contacting all customers at least one time every two months
- Carrying out other tasks as requested by the management.
