Work Summary and responsibilities:
- Providing business solutions in accordance with the company’s business policies, rules
and working procedures (Requirement analysis, database design, coding, testing,
deployment and maintenance.)
- Asset and purchasing management related to MIS.
- Provide basic training to users on the use of standard systems.
- Diagnose and resolve any hardware, software, or connectivity problem with minimum delay
- Assist in performing software distribution updates, testing and support.
- Monitoring and management of mail (Office365), AD connect, database, backup center, active
directory and application servers.
- Establishment, Configuration and Maintenance of Communication Networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, site to
site VPN.. )
- Deploying a total security and backup solution based on:
1. Trend micro email security for office 365.
2. Trend micro OfficeScan Server/Clients anti-virus on premises, TrendMicro ApexOne SaaS.
3. Veeam backup solutions(Backup to disk, backup to Tape).
4. FortiGate appliance.
5. SonicWALL appliance.
6. Manage engine patch management.
7. Disaster Recovery.
8. Unifi Network - Access Points, Unify telephony OpenStage 40, 60.
- Analyzing IT infra-structure problems and providing relevant solutions:
Software, hardware, communication and storage: Operating systems, desktop applications, mail
servers, database servers, workflow engines, security (proxy servers, firewalls...), backup
and redundancy policies, internet connectivity, LAN and WAN communication.
- Deploying a virtualization solution - servers and desktops with
SAN storage, using CITRIX VDI-in-a-box and Microsoft technologies Hyper-v.
Deploying a virtualization solution - Vmware Esxi 6.5, Vcenter, Lenovo xclarity
administrator, Lenovo xclarity integrator .
- Time Management and Access control (Hand punch, Proximity Reader).
- Security and Surveillance Cameras (digital Video recorder.
- Manages external technology projects.
- Develops and maintains an excellent working relationship with other organizations.
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
