• Monitor daily attendance.
• Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
• Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
• Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
• Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
• Inform affected staff or residents of unexpected absences from work and coordinate actions ensuring the continuity of services such as cancellation of events and locating keys.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming confidential correspondence, including faxes and email.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
• Type confidential documents on a word-processing system.
• Achieving his/her individual Sales monthly target, net activation 100% (Quantitative).
• Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work.
• Enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction.
• Handle customers’ inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
• Sell Etisalat products and services and ensure proper collection of required documents.
• Promote handsets and accessories.
