1. Serve as focal point in all site activities of assigned projects at different places. Ensure that everyone involved in project is aware of how each activity relates to others to avoid any unnecessary delays hence avoid penalty.
2. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation. Supervise projects at different stages to complete works as per set time-frame.
3. Oversee efficient utilization of resources to achieve project time-line and attain maximum productivity. Make sure everything runs smoothly until project has been completed to the highest possible standard.
4. Plan, organize, lead and coordinate activities of all personnel across all disciplines to ensure delivery of projects within parameters of time, cost and quality consistent with client requirements.
5. Coordinate with Govt. authority of KAHRAMAA & ASHGHAL, Qatar Petroleum and ARAMCO representative to complete the installation, testing & commissioning activities.
6. Coordinate with Project consultant to conduct the all kind of inspection at different stage.
7. To verify with site staff to control and monitor the project daily basics.
8. To follow-up with authority peoples, consultant and main contractor to get the project related documents approval.
9. To follow -up with Km-CSD to get the all kind of service and approvals.
10. Preparation and get approval from authority of all kind of MAR, Projects inspection like material, commissioning, SS-
handing over, Electrical service connection and their related inspections.
11. Responsible to carry out Inspections and Test Activities as per the Project requirements
12. Responsible for the Execution and Supervision of the Electrical works. Ensuring the availability of the types and Quantities of the materials required in site to confirm to the Specification. Ensuring the Commodity received Complies with all Quality Standards.
13. Ensuring that Electrical & ELV work is executed on site as per contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
14. Preparing Electrical services plan program in line with mechanical, plumbing program based on master program & monitoring the progress of the Electrical & ELV jobs Attending progress meetings with Electrical & ELV Subcontractor and monitoring progress on site to ensure timely completion of works.
15. Executing all functions related to sub-contractor billing, material reconciliation and other techno-commercial matters.
16. Supervising contractors work & certification contractor’s creating monthly bills with escalated calculation.
17. Providing a complete project control service, covering all cost, planning, and document control for the Engineering Services
18. Selection Material and finalizing the supplier as per the Specification and the Project estimation
19. Representing the company in dealing with clients on all project control matters, letter, extra work and variation order preparation.
20. Ensuring that Electrical & ELV work is executed on site as per contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.

4.Erection of 22KV&11kv substation, LT, HT panel, MCC, Raising mains.
5.Erection of wall mounted panels, all DBs, raising mains. Raising main sub panels.
6. Monitor site progress and prepare projections to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
7. Plan material delivery to meet the programmed requirements.

3. Help in the implementation of performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs. Evaluate work performance plus human constraints.
4. To manage and review of construction drawing as well as document packages in strict compliance with project specifications, set policies and standards.
5. Foster timely availability of all approved drawings, schedules or technical data from consultant/client. Ensure that revised drawings and documentation are superseded in the correct QA/QC manner.
6. Provide technical support for estimates during tender periods: prepare and break down items in BOQ for pricing, preparation of tender document for subcontractor and supplier.
7. Monitor site progress and prepare projections to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
8. Implement QHSE Systems to ensure that required standards are achieved.
9. Ensure cost variation, time extension claims and other records’ log are maintained and constantly follow up.
10. Participate in site meetings and periodic checks. Discuss project status and work priority.
11. Measure and report on issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements.
12. Continually review and set up improvements to current procedures. Introduce changes in existing projects without disturbing ongoing process, thus increasing output and reducing operating costs.
13. Responsible to carry out Inspections and Test Activities as per the Project requirements

10.Installation of HVAC systems and related HVAC power panels, AHU panels.
