• Leading the annual budgeting process for Asia region, ensuring deadlines are met, supporting Asian leadership team (ALT) by providing analysis and commentaries for the total Asia.

• Discussing forecast with Corporate Finance Director, VP Finance and Chairman, highlighting gaps Vs Target and previous forecast.
• Writing monthly business performance commentaries and sending to regional office post Chairman and VP finance review.
• Managing queries from local business units and regional office (Singapore).
• Budgeting Indirects and performing month to month variance analysis.
• Steering the annual planning (Budget) process for the company to ensure regional guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Consolidating the company SIA and Balance score card after discussions with Functional heads and Chairman. Monthly update of SIA and Balance score card for MC meetings and Cluster reporting.
