Have raised the bar to much more than high performance business level; as the most anticipated and pondered transfiguration in history of Nestle Pakistan Ltd. “SELF DISTRIBUTION” was achieved. Excellence in execution in its true sense. "SELF DISTRIBUTION" was accomplished with greater efficiency, streamlined operations and lower costs aligning ourselves to benefits beyond cost reduction. Today we are moving to a "cost-plus" value proposition focused on delivering strategic business impact, not just operation cost reductions. I played integral part in it from idea to business plan to its final execution. Still I am managing the biggest part in it with sales contribution of 43% of Karachi. . I envisioned & believed ambitious performance with sustainable outcomes that was aligned with unit's strategy and implemented it enthusiastically that has reaped exponentially. E.g. 100% Target achievement YTD, 15% growth YTD, double digit organic growth and have turned around the outlook of assigned area. I am business manager of Self-Distribution.
In year 2010 I was assigned Retail Sales (Bulk Water) of Karachi. During the period I have entirely redefined the way we were doing this business by increasing the number of distribution vehicles & customer service timings. I have turned around the retail business on 20% growth and 110% target achievement in year 2012.
During this job role I was managing all HOD (home and office delivery) development related activities in South which also includes liaising with Head Office, all agencies and executing all the marketing related activities of HOD South. In Jan-Feb 2010 the achievement was 120% of the target assigned (550 residential accounts & 200 corporate accounts).
Have launched & managed a Mega Promo in Karachi which turned very profitable increasing the number of customers & volumes.Total 5083 customers were added in three months only with bottle addition of 25000.
Managing HOD (home and office delivery) of water business in Karachi that includes distribution, BTL activities and Customer services.
During the job some of my achievements include:
Swift conversion of Fontalia Corporate Customer base to AVA.
Have Successfully launched Nestle Pure Life (Jumbo Service) in the assigned area with the achieving of 40% growth in bottle sales .
Successfully implemented GPS (Global Positioning System) with achievement of 20% cost cutting in Fuel consumption.
Splendid achievement of 125 % of the Target in the year 2007 and 105% of the targets in 2008 till end of August.
Additionally, in 2008 company took the distribution controls in hand and during the transition phase I have also managed & headed all the distribution & operational matters in the area. This was an endeavor to increase overall profitability.
My job's key activities include:

· Implement merchandising and point of sale policy
· Monitor and manage out of stocks
· Build an effective sales oriented organization
My Biggest Achievement during the period was Successful Launch of BAT's Global Drive Brand "DUNHILL" in the assigned area with 180 % achievement of the Target.
Assisting CEO in managing the clientele base of the company.
This was a 2 day training conducted by CMD at PC Lahore. It includes ways to improve presentation skills & how to present in different aspects of business,
It was a interactive session where best practices of HOD across the world were discussed.
- How to serve the customer differently & adding value to the services. - Handling annoyed customer efficiently.
- Have received Gold Medal for securing 1st position in the faculty. - Have also received Silver medal for securing 1st position in Department.
