 Reviewed the material submittals, shop drawings and method statements matching in-line with the project specification & boq.
 Supervised & inspected all the Hvac, plumbing & Firefighting installation work of the sub-contractors as per approved shop drawing before raising WIR.
 Reviewed the quality of materials arriving on site and ensured its compliance to the project requirement & followed up with the procurement department.

Responsibilities:

 Performed heating & cooling load calculations using HAP software.
 Performed duct sizing & static pressure drop calculation using McQuay duct sizer.
 Performed design calculations for water supply and drainage network.
 Design review, comment and approve MEP drawings submitted by the contractors.
 Facilitated the Installation and commissioning of fire sprinkler & FM200 fire suppression system.
 Facilitated the installation, testing & commissioning of Hvac & Plumbing mechanical systems to ensure operational effectiveness.

 Enabled integration with other engineering departments.
 Participated in weekly meetings with the project management team to resolve site related issues.
 Ensured that the final test reports, as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals are handed over to the client.

 Developed cost estimates, tender documentation and technical reports covering all aspects of the project requirements.
 Conducted productive consultation with the consultant to develop an understanding of the project requirements and its execution.
 Contributed to the design & development of engineering activities through necessary calculations and innovative ideas.
 Monitored and managed service contracts of contractors.
 Efficiently examined the quality of work done by the contractors and ensured that it is as per the approved shop drawings & specifications.
