Responsible for the following functions:
Calculation of bill of quantities;
Valuing of completed work and arranging progress bills / payments;
Managing costs on project work;
Undertaking costs analysis for project work;
Performing risk and value management and cost control;
Advising on procurement strategy;
Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
Establishing and operating cost and financial control systems;
Negotiating to ensure budgets are not exceeded;
Providing advice on contractual claims;
Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
Perform any other valuation exercise instructed by Project Manager or other superior.
As Safety Officer, responsible for the supervision of Safety matters, as as well groomed Environment, and also the Health of the workers. Issue Notice of Violations (NOV) with the concurrence of the Project Manager, to the erring workers and employees.
As Site Engineer, responsible for the proper execution of the plan based on the approved drawings.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance related activities
Responsible for the implementation and execution of the project based on the approved plan and contract drawings. Alter ego of the owner being part of the Conslultant's Team.
