- Established and managed women support program and skills exchange program in the MENA SEA region from government donor within local development context.
- Had successfully prepared and been managing a livelihood project in collaboration with UNHCR which employed 100 women; 70% refugees and 30% from host community.
- Built soft skills training materials that benefited 100+ people.
- Reduced the running cost of projects by 60% within two years by initiating the Piece Payment methodology instead of salaries for women artisans in the MENA SEA region.
- Grew the beneficiary database and increased the number of beneficiaries by 350% in 4 years.
- Managed 4 women-empowerment projects through crafts, spanning 3 countries.
- Integrated local women with expats in local communities in complex situations through soft skills training.
- Published research in UbiCC magazine - Canada about emotional intelligence.
- Built a new division, hired, and trained 5 employees and managed the workflow for the craft council.
Conduct TOT programs, selected the candidates and follow up on coaching and
material preparation by new trainers
Review, update, and prepare manuals and universities, community colleges, Maharat
and Sanad Pioneers.
Arrange the trainers schedule inside and outside Jordan.
Make strategies for increasing the quality of the trainings.
Monitor and evaluating the trainer's performance.
Increase the no. of trainers.
Update the trainer's profiles.
Arrange trainers for any event and working on development plans
Arrange the training to meet the donor's requirements and objectives.
Monitor the budget and arranging any training to be within the budget.
Prepare incoming invoices, draft payments and contracts
Communicate confirmation letters with trainers and follow up with phone calls & Share
schedules on trainers and take confirmations (emails and calls)
Supervise all on-site logistics
Prepare training materials & tools/items for trainers
Monitor stationary, check out/in equipments and inventory
Training logistics: order tickets and accommodation - evaluations and statistics data
entry - certificates issuing
Prepare a list of testimonials collection and translation - prepare CDs and photocopies
of hand outs (hardcopy or soft)
Document events through pictures, arrange halls set-up, provide technical support for
the trainers, etc.
Check availability of trainers
Continually follow up with trainers and supervisors to ensure that all training
organizational and logistics needs are met. Each session must have a trainer.
Fulfill training and trainers needs in all the governorates for Maharat, clients,
universities and ATC
Fill the driver form daily
Keep track of trainers' evaluation analysis and suggest to the training manager
recommended trainers and development plans
Update the system and database
Conduct TOT programs and follow up on coaching and material preparation by new
trainers
Review, update, and prepare manuals and university tests
Any other request by management, falling within the general scope and function of this position
