Divisional Manager Operations Excellence and Services and we are into lifestyle and high end fashion business.
Responsible for annual sales forecasting, store manpower scheduling, managing an integrated customer service operation, supervising & training staff, security, admin & commercial issues, inventory management (floor and warehouse ageing stocks), stock replenishment support, category management, new product introduction, vendor management and finalization, negotiation, profitability analysis, sap working, article assortment, price and margins maintenance, devising planogram, vm planning, devising offers for excess and dead stocks.
Involved in product contribution analysis, adding and deleting articles for accelerated growth. Overseeing Revenue Vs Profitability Analysis, Purchase Order Management and New Product Performance.
heading all 4 depts. for sales and business
development & category management. Reporting team is 48 including 8 department managers & 40 team leaders & CSA.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Deciding on stock distribution to all the showrooms depending on the situation and market feedback of stores.
Mapping client’s requirements & providing expert advisory services.
Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.
Assessing feedback, evaluating & providing critical feedback on areas of improvements.
Monitoring customer perceptions to address negative image and problem areas.
Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
