handling over all operations of the outlet, training staff, scheduling staff for optimum use of manpower , indenting, inventory management, maximizing sales revenue, handling P & L of the lounge with the company accountant, adhering and maintaining company policy and procedures, creating new themes and events for increasing revenue, handling VIP clientele and maintaining relations for continuous business from them, co-operating and liaising between different departments to ensure smooth operations, making MIS reports, standardizing operating procedures, training staff on soft skills.
