Key Responsibilities:
•As a Functional Head, primarily responsible for ensuring Quality manufacturing and availability of Products as per requirement of Sales team.
•Scheduling the production plan, RM/PM and procedures for manufacturing in shifts.
•Leading a production team of 140+ personnel to achieve preset production targets.
•Monitoring & analysing shift performance, line efficiency, product output, material usages & manpower utilization and breakdowns & other aspects affecting planned scheduling.
•Reporting on departmental budgets, explaining variances and production costs.
•Coordinating & working with purchase Dept. for controlling inventory of RM/PM and Finished goods with dispatch Dept. as per requirement & budget plans.
•Directly involved in process improvement, efficiency improvement and system modification & plant automation projects in coordination with maintenance team.
•Responsible for update & implementation of SOPs, GMP and Food safety systems.

•Production team, Awarded with Certificate of Excellence for achieving yearly KPIs in year 2015.
•Efficiently delivered highest production volume by 34% excess YTD in year 2016.
•Contributed to 22% of year on year savings through optimization of production processes.
•Successfully started and streamlined manufacturing operations for the new project of Waffle cone biscuit manufacturing unit with capacity-80k per day

•Responsible for maintaining cost, quality and delivery standards as agreed with customers.
•Implemented production cycle strategy to reduce inventory levels (Finished Goods and Raw Materials) within budget plans which increases cost savings 16%.
•Contributed to develop a new team 24 no’s of subordinate and ground staff (Technician, Operators) by giving training, developing SOP’s and establishing KPIs
Supervised plant operations through effective planning & coordination’s with maintenance, quality, purchase and sales teams along with developing team of 60+ members.
