 Marketing and promoting international medical tourism & domestic holidays to UAE.  Marketing the services of Thumbay hospital ( JCI accredited) to international patients  Responding to online as well as telephone enquiries regarding treatment  Educating the potential patients on services and treatments  Creating awareness among the international patients through social media, online marketing programs, websites and promotional materials to generate interest  Visit local hotels, tour operators, airlines popular among tourist to encourage treatment packages along with tourism  Maintain business relationship with doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, nursing homes and diagnostic centers to refer prospective medical tourists looking for affordable treatment  Speak to international insurance and assistance companies to tie up with their clients and offer economic treatment whilst they visit the country  Meet and greet international patients and escort them whilst in the hospital and under our care  Organize and coordinate patients pick and drop off from airport and hotels in accordance to meet their appointment times at the hospital  Manage the international patients and provide excellent customer services which results in more word of mouth patient referrals.

+ Arranging additional services (Meet & Assist on arrival, transfers, tours and excursions)
+ Arranging visas for guest and updating tours operators on special offers.
+ Ensure materialization of each and every request.
