• Developing inspection strategies and plans for all lifting equipment; executing the inspection, testing, and certification of various Lifting equipment, Lifting gear, Material handling equipment following BS, ASME, DIN, ISO, API, LEEA, LOLER, PUWER, and Qatar Petroleum regulations (offshore & onshore) and also in alignment with ISO 17020, ISO 17024, ISO 9001.

• Developing and maintaining the technical integrity of lifting equipment of offshore containers, man riding baskets, material baskets, line spool skids, Hydro Jetting Pump Skid as well as cargo nets, Jumbo bags and tensile test beds, calibration of load cells.
• Providing advocacy for inspection, maintenance, application, procurement, modification, and contract of lifting equipment.
• Maintaining and executing accurate inspection schedules and records, offering inputs to weekly HSE safety meetings, identifying, and reporting on near-misses and incidents at the site.
• Fully aware of all preparation of HSE statistics for critical heavy lifts during the execution of the project and suggesting cost-effective compliance strategy, additionally reviewing NDT reports and welding of the fabricated lifting equipment in addition to identifying corrosion issues.
• Completing rotary equipment inspection & services and providing approvals for Permit to Work and promptly reporting on safety issues to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Commanding all risk assessments programs by developing necessary organizational preparedness, JHA preparations and control measures for the safe execution of inspection and testing of lifting equipment.
• Participating in Pre-start meeting with various clients relating to inspection projects and organizing Toolbox Talks to instruct all associated personnel on testing and inspection methodology of Lifting equipment and accessories.
