•Analyze and monitor inventory levels across 6 factories on a monthly basis to ensure that both excess and obsolete material costs are reconciled.
•Chair daily Client Focus Team meetings to ensure factory is current with customer’s forecast changes, potential production obstacles, material shortages, Engineering Change Orders and any other technical or supply-chain issues that may cause delay in customer delivery schedules and deadlines.
•Coordinate with Quality, Production & Logistic department to ensure on time delivery of the products to the customers.
•Inorder to ensure timely payment of orders took an initiative to monitor the shipment status and ensured that the shipments reach customer location before the expiry of Letter of Credit.
•Managed 200+ Quotations and Pricing process for 30+ clients based on the given inquiry for our product lines.
•Planned & managed projects worth US$ 8 Million, thus adding to the company’s Bottom line gains.
•Recognized by the GM for driving process improvement across factories by taking an initiative in training 100 factory executives and workers on Kaizen & 5S.
•Achieved customer satisfaction across 15 customers by delivering 94% of the products on time with 0.01% of quality rejection.
•Maintaining customer relationships by taking continuous feedbacks post product delivery, asking for product quality rating & ensuring the feedbacks are actioned upon.
• Regular monitoring of Spare Parts list for all distributors and dealers.
• Inventory Management for distributors.
• Demand & Supply planning for more than 5 Distributors, 30 Dealers & 50 TASS’s of Tata.
• Planning of spare parts using ERP solutions & Resolving VOR’s (Vehicle off Road) on urgent basis.
• Indent generation for dealers and distributors.
• Coordinate with cross functional team in case of urgent requirement.
• Coordination with other team Engineers.
