• Manage the development of conceptual, functional and detailed technical design specifications and provides technical leadership, support and broad expertise for MES Applications.
• Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, and budget) are in place prior to commencing work

Handled all day to day activities in field and ensuring all jobs are executed through a valid PTW.Operating SAP based PTW system.
Monitoring process closely through Aspen Process Explorer in field. Knowledge of HTRI, ASPEN, and PHAST.
Operating FOXBORO based DCS and Familiarization of Control Systems (Honeywell, Yokogama, etc.), APC and RT-OPT, PLC etc.
Material & Energy balance, Relief valve set points & PSV Calibration as per schedule.
Thoroughly involved in safe Start up, shut down and troubleshooting of the complex field and panel operations.

The Project comprises Erection, Precommissioning, Commissioning, Inertization and Startup: -
Reviewing of PFDs, P&IDs, and Isometrics, Checking for any mismatches between isometric drawings and P&ID and Emergency Shutdown system.
Erection and commissioning experience in pressure vessels and pneumatic conveying system.
Identifying and highlighting the issues in Designer and Vendor documents.
Preparing System files, Hydro testing Loop files and Flushing Plans.
Inspection of Vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Turbomachineries and piping from Operations side and worked as PSSR auditor in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
Flushing scopes of pipeline and equipments including various types of flushing like Service flushing, rotomole cleaning, cardboard blasting and chemical cleaning.
Loop clearance, loop flushing, hydro & pneumatic test and final box-up, leak test and inertization.
Involved in dry and wet loop checking of instruments and control logics
Involved in steam blowing through headers and sub headers in ISBL
Working in OSBL commissioning with loop clearance, hydrotest, flushing, final box up and inertization of OSBL piping with OSTF team.
