Business Development and Team management.
Recruitments new IA’s/CIF & executives force by marketing and advertising.
Responsible for achieving Sales target of the Branch.
Carry out Direct Sales Life Insurance with my ISO’s, Business analysis &
making new strategies.
Maintaining reports + proper rules & regulation (dress code, organizer; maintain daily reports \{DSR/DCR\})
