• Current Project in IOCL, Refinery, Digboi, Assam of expansion of Plant capacity from 0.65 to 0.85MMTPA, PDIL role as a Consultancy services for Pre Flash Vessel, my role as a Sr. Project Engineer.
• VR quench, HWA PA and crude oil heat exchanger type AES installation with piping, Make Nuberg total 4 Nos.
• Centrifugal pump of capacity 137m3/hr, TDH 237m, MAWP 30kg/cm2, 150kw, 2960rpm, for service desalted flash crude Make Sulzer with piping total 4 Nos.
Role and Responsibility in Project work:
• Day to day work planning for respective project as per Layout, GAD, Isometric, P & id drawings.
• Identification of milestone through Project Schedule (MS Project) in line with the project completion date.
• To monitor and maintain statement of RMC as projected after completion of P&ID and Layout. Prepare erection & commissioning schedule and manpower planning for site management.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
• Resource planning - material, manpower etc for daily planned work.
• Timely execution of day to day work as per planned through contractors.
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meeting and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.

• HVAC, AHU with Hepa-filter Assembly of Total Capacity 30000CFM, (17Nos) Make Centech.
• GLR and SS reactors with Agitator and Gear box Installation.
• Fabrication and Installation of 4 No’s of Chimney of height 32m and supporting structure of 16Ton.
• Fire Hydrant Pump House with GI Piping 10000Inch Meter with Sprinkler and Heat detector system.
• Scrubber system 5000CFM each of make techno craft.
• GI Building Structure installation for two plants of 32m Height, 450Tons and 26m Height, 400Tons.

• Execution of jobs in shut down and breakdown as per planning.
• Monitoring and execution of predictive maintenance to reduce break down.
• Identifying & Rectification of abnormalities in rotating equipments such as Reciprocating Compressors, Centrifugal Blowers, Induction Motor and pumps.
• Prepare & recording of Vibration, Bearing condition, Temp of Furnace as per schedule.
• Implementation of maintenance management system to perform quality maintenance.
• Participation in Internal and External Auditing System.
