As Accounts/Liaison Officer i was responsible for communication, employee - customer relations and back office support for all the 3 offices in UK, Cyprus and India of our company and assisting the finance manager with financial reports, accounts receivables and follow ups, supplier payments, bank reconciliation and budgets.
I was responsible for basic bookkeeping activities including maintaining records and accounting transactions and reconciliations. Provided administration duties including attending calls, creating and maintaining filing systems, liaising with staffs in other departments and external contacts.
