Media
• On-Boarding: Initiated and leading the onboarding process across the group level hiring.
• On-Boarding: Deliver a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of customer
service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment onboarding process.
• Orientation: Designed Orientations as per business requirement for all businesses across the
group
• Blue Collar Support: Designed Orientations for the Blue-Collar New joiners across the Business
• Bulk Hiring: Conducted Open Day recruitments for mass/bulk hiring’s across retail
• Policies & Procedures: Working to implement new policies in Recruitment, Engagement,
Offboarding
• Internship Program: Introduced and leading the Internship programme along with top
universities.
• Employee Engagement: Recently added engagement into portfolio to support group employee’s
motivation level.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process for the Middle East and African region.
• Analyzing and understanding job specifications.
• Sourcing & screening resumes, interviewing candidates and preparing assessments for the shortlisted candidates.
• Sourcing potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings,
• Head Hunting and Networking within time frame.

• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example websites.
