• Responsible for managing Servers, VMs, Database, Security Devices, Firewall, VPN, Wired and Wireless Networks including VLAN configuration.
• Responsible for backup and recovery of Servers, Databases and end user’s document files

• Configuration of Active Directory Services, User Creation, Group Policies, Shared Folders and Permissions

• Administer Domain Names, Websites, Web Host, cPaneL and Office 365
• Facilitate and presents information security awareness within the organization
• Manage & Lead a team of IT Officers providing support for Servers, Storages and Databases in HO Data center and site office servers
• Closely coordinate with System Developers for Monitoring, Database Migrations, Database Upgrades, Installations, Replication, High-Availability, Performance Tuning
• Administration of Alcatel Lucenet IP phones (OmniPCX Office), CCTV installation and Attendance system installation.
• Identify, define and Manage IT plan, budget, operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, organizing and optimizing the operations, negotiating with vendors and allocation of resources.
• Supervising the installation and maintenance of required computer hardware, software and networking facilities in the organization.
• Responsible for the delivery of quick solution to incidents, and identify corrective action to deliver improvements and to reduce incident re-occurrences.
• Responsible for managing corporate Telcom, Mobile accounts and all IP-PBX equipment.
• Provide documentation of IT processes, security policies, diagrams & service manuals
• Provide procurement service of ICT components and services needed in the business operations
• Authorized person Etisalat & DU for Internet & Telephone connection.
