Nudestix is a nude collection of easy to use makeup crayons that cover all bases. Jenny, Founder of Nudestix and a chemical engineer with over 20 years of beauty experience, collaborated with her daughters (Ally & Taylor) as muses and created NUDESTIX. This labour of love resulted in a simple makeup collection, to provide a quick and easy, nude look that works for all faces.

Responsibilities:
•Training the new joiners and business partners on selling skills and product knowledge
•Preparing and submitting plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
•Responsible of interviewing and hiring new team members who fits into our category and needs
•Developing commission structures/schemes for all our team members
•Researching competitors' products/services and to keep updated on the market changes
•Organizing all marketing and brand awareness activities and promotional plans
•Responsible for the brand E-commerce sales and promotions
•Involved in the artwork design on our brand displays and web promotions
•Responsible for developing sales strategies and plans that will bring more profit to the company and to increase the brand exposure in the market
•Preparing the company’s sales forecast for the whole year in advance
•Building up a solid relationship with our business partners to ensure a WIN - WIN situation
•Maintaining long lasting customer relationships and to stay in touch with them
•Continuously motivating our team and inspiring them to stay focused on company’s goals
•Generating new business and opening new doors.

Shiffa is an exclusive skincare brand for Sephora in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and KSA).
2- Ouai Haircare: A well-known hair care brand developed by the famous hairstylist, Jen Atkin. Ouai is a Parisian word means “yes”. Available at Sephora stores at DM, MOE & MCC and many high end beauty salons in UAE.

Responsibilities:
•Assigning sales locations and targets for all our beauty advisors (sales representatives)
•Monitoring all our beauty advisors daily sales, issues and concerns
•Preparing and submitting plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
•Responsible of interviewing and hiring new team members who fits into our category and needs
•Training the new beauty advisors on selling skills and techniques
•Developing commission structures/schemes for all our team memebers
•Researching competitors' products/services and to keep updated on the market changes

 Preparing the schedules for our promoters and making sure they always have enough stock in all pharmacies where we exist.
 Giving training to new staff, including full explanation about our products, hair test, skin analysis... etc.
 Negotiating commercial terms and marketing plans with our existing costumers and potential ones.
 Manages giveaway and promotional distribution and requests.
 Involved in hiring new staff.
 Involved in negotiations with other companies in case if we want to bring a new product.
 Making presentations to doctors, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.
