•Advisory Function with different clients in different fields of chemical Industries (Paints and Coatings industry, Resin manufacturing facilities, Bulk pharmaceutical sector (Fine chemical Industry), thermal insulators (PU - sandwich panels)), in different fields of such industries (Technical, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Budgeting, Financial…).
• Develop a deep Understanding of the business model & identify opportunities to expand and optimize it.
