Scope of duty:
•Conduct daily inspection and monitoring check sheet on all plant process equipment to know the present operating condition of the machine.
•Check/review inspection findings and identify potential problems that may cause unscheduled breakdown. Prepare work request/order and follow up its implementation. Prepare and submit Weekly Inspection Report to concern department.
•Perform vibration and temperature monitoring using Microlog and thermometer. Generate and submit analysis report (Condition Monitoring Report and Vibration Analysis Report) to concern department.
•Vibration reading taken are 6000KW, 4200KW main motors and other small proses fan motors to be vibration monitoring
•Review and update Vibration Monitoring data base based on the actual behavior of the Machinery.
•Configuration of Plant Equipment data base for vibration monitoring.
•Conduct dynamic balancing of all processfans imbalance problem corrected with microlog GX, AX. Prepare and submit final report.
•Monitor and predict remaining/useful life of installed major parts of equipment (such as ball mill liners, etc) and coordinate with maintenance personnel for proper planning and scheduling. Update equipment history.
•On “as required basis” analyze critical equipment operating performance particularly those equipment having recurring problems and with low operating efficiency. Prepare and submit report to address the problem.
•Conduct and analyze Equipment breakdown/failure. Prepare and submit Failure Analysis Report.
•Planning of Plant Lubrication Schedule. Prepare and submit the lubrication schedule to concern department for implementation.
•Planning and implementation of Oil sampling for selected critical & major equipment. Samples are being sent outside for analysis.
•Response in Plant calls for some problems and trouble shooting.
•Supervise some major and critical maintenance activities during shutdowns.
•Maintain EMP Inspection instruments and tools.
•Other Jobs that may be assign by the Superior
.
The above mentioned duties are applicable on two lines of cement production produced 10, 000 TPD
