Pre contract:

• Scrutinize Tender documents, prepare preliminary cost estimates and budgets based on initial design and project scope.
• Develop a detailed cost plan that aligns with the project’s scope and objectives. This includes breaking down costs into various categories (e.g., labor, materials, P&M, overheads).
• Participating in the Tender negotiation meetings and assisting the Management to acquire the Tender with most competitive price.
• Support procurement team through tenders including producing subcontract tender documentation.
• Preparation of Subcontract Agreements comprising Conditions of Contract (Particular, General Conditions) Specifications, Drawings, Bill of Quantities.

Post contract

• Administer Contract documents for Building, Infrastructure, Oil&Gas projects to exercise and protect the rights of the organization by monitoring and controlling costs, payments and usage of material.
• Reviewing contract documents such as General Conditions, Special Conditions, Scope matrix, and ensure Contractual and Commercial risks, opportunities for realizing efficiencies are identified to the Contracts & Commercial Manager.
• Verification of purchase request saved on ERP systems and allocation of necessary Codes as required and managing Project Budget.
• Produce monthly Cost value reconciliation reports, Budget forecasts, and maintain effective cost control using ERP Software.
• Preparation of periodic progress valuations and claims for work completed, and progressive submission of monthly Interim Payment Applications to the Consultant/Employer.
• Drafting Contractual letters & Notices (for lapses in Project) to the concerned parties pursuant to Contract Conditions.
• Maintain registers of variations, delay, extension times, prolongation cost, and preparation of Claims in coordination with the Operations Team.
• Preparation of MIS, Cashflow details on monthly basis for the Management review.
• Evaluation of Subcontractors monthly payment applications and preparation of Subcontract Payment Certificates for Contracts & Commercial Manager’s approval.
• Prepare and agree Final accounts with the Subcontractor.
