Key Deliverables
Support headquarters' and regional strategic purchasing and supply chain strategies by monitoring of stock, movements, valuation and MRP settings.
Control SAP B1 system by identifying needs/requirements and ensuring systems and process improvements, streamlining, developing, planning and implementing processes and procedures within the whole Supply Chain Management team including the external linking departments.
Assist with open sales orders, shutdowns, and stocking requirements/forecasting
Monitor daily requisitions and adjust the relevant settings as required to ensure availability and stock turn are
maximized while ensuring dead-stock is minimized.
Ensure adherence to compliance rules and regulations in all aspects of the supply chain including external linking departments.
Liaise with all relevant internal departments, centres and subsidiaries regarding strategic purchasing, material management and operational initiatives, functions and support requirements.
Assist with stock take reconciliation and ad-hoc inventory adjustments as required.
Train/upskill all relevant colleagues where necessary on systems and processes.
Monitoring 3PL operational team (Inbound, Outbound).
Developing Order management tool.
Dead stock reduction.
Identify the ideal quantity of material needed and order to plan short- and medium-term horizons of supply.
Liaise with the procurement department to ensure materials availability on time while meeting inventory targets.
Act on all matters pertaining to schedules, status, and inventory as well as prepare and assign meaningful and
functional productivity plans in order to meet established Customer master schedules.
Generating Shortage report, critical material report and escalated spare part report by running weekly MRP.
Generate analyze and monitor open order reports.
Key Deliverables
Planning the procurement activities and tasks for all supply chain aiming for best practice process & policies globally.
Responsible for complete order cycle from receiving orders to customer receipt.
Managing and facilitating supply management activities between requesting department, customers & suppliers
Driving Demand Planning process by working closely with demand planners and coordinating with the suppliers
for the rolling forecast.
Receiving, entering and validate orders in the system from European Customers. Communicating delivery dates and possible shortages to the customers. Proactively inform to the line manager about the problems in achieving Order targets.
Coordinating with the planning & production team to fulfil orders by comparing available stocks, forecasts and shortages.
Creating Purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers for their fulfilment on time.
Generate analyze and monitor open order status report & discuss with the line manager.
Checking & ensuring coverage of all raw materials to achieve forecast and monthly orders.
Coordinating for documentation with the third party freight forwarding agents for on time collection and dispatch
of ready goods.
Through Procurement Planning, assist in building strategic objectives such as cost savings, inventory levels,
Consolidation of the purchases, alternative sourcing/ tendering activities and achievement of framework
agreements.
Managing internal & external stakeholders to ensure customer orders fulfilment & optimum Inventory targets.
Replenishment of inventory globally for several of our largest units.
Monitors supplier performances by analyzing order fulfilment report and quality of the product.
Sets monthly inventory targets by business unit and by manufacturing site, tracks progress, gaps and analysis.
Directly Managing 6 Major Projects Like JCI, Magna, Audi, Getrag, AL, Valeo
Responsible for providing Annual budgets followed by Plan vs actual Budget Gap analysis & improvements.

Implementing FIFO for RM on shop floor as well as Heat Traceability Lot.
