Provide advisory and consultancy for implementing large digital transformation projects in Middle East and Africa region
Engaged in Pre-Sales activities such as pretender/preproposal meeting with prospective clients to understand their requirements. Conceptual Solution Design, Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Post proposal defense meetings and negotiations etc.
Also engaged in Project Delivery activities like Assigning project managers, Monitoring the projects progress, attending Project steering committee meetings, Client issue management and negotiations etc.
My major achievements during this period are
a) Multi million worth Resource supply contract with a major Government entity
b) Successfully conducted Business process study and proposed future business application road map for Transguad, an Emirates Group company involved in diversified Business activities.
c) Successfully delivered many Oracle Cloud opportunities
I joined ENOC as a senior Oracle Developer in 1998 and escalated to various positions your my tenure with them. Today, I am holding the position of Practice Manager in Global Technology subsidiary of ENOC where I am responsible for the development of business. This includes pre-sales activities, recruit and develop consultants, project management, client management etc. I have developed the division as one of major revenue stream by exploring new opportunities and ventures. Out of of two major one are
1. Pension and Contribution Solution for Middle east pension funds - Clients are GPSSA and SIO (PFC), Bahrain
2. Develop Oracle Cloud initiative to venture into cloud implementation space
