Oversee manufacturing processes, plan and schedule production, supervise teams.
Regular review of plant performance, making action plans for continuous improvement of product quality, productivity and operating cost.
Deal with all co-packagers to fulfill their demands on time and maintain the standard.
Coordination with the supply chain team to ensure availability of inventory items.

Independently handling the shift with target-wise qualitative production, wastage minimization, workforce utilization, breakdown control.
Responsible for managing a team of 150+ casual workers in a shift.
Ensure all operations are executed as per the SOP, maintaining plant sanitation and hygiene throughout the shift.
Analysis (Sensory, Chemical & Physical) of finished products to ensure the quality within the standard.

Responsible for supervision and execution of production activities in the given shift, ensuring the final products meet quality standards.
Manage and motivate operators to achieve the target of production in the given shift.
