* Carrying out various activities pertaining to planning, organizing, formulating, directing and controlling the production activities.

* Ensuring that all safety and quality measures were adhered to during production process, from beginning to end.
* Reviewing the total performance and identification of the training requirements of the production personnel.
* Taking care of manpower handling and distribution of work; ensuring that teams adhere to all the quality tool and procedures.
