* Carrying out various activities pertaining to planning, organizing, formulating, directing and controlling the production activities.
* Planning & implementing the preventive and condition based periodic maintenance, defect analysis, break down drills, pre and post refit trails for improving the overall reliability & safety of equipment & machinery.

* Managing the operations including manpower planning, smooth operation of the plant, troubleshooting, preparation of daily & monthly reports, implementation of safety systems, etc.
* Developing new tooling concepts and techniques to maximize production effectiveness as well as analyzing equipment performance.
* Conducting various tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities.
* Involved in process study & time study of new Items as well as studying quality parameters required at each stage of process.
* Making a plan for the production meetings, schedules of the employees, activities for the production and plans for the maintenance of the machine.
* Ensuring that all safety and quality measures were adhered to during production process, from beginning to end.
* Reviewing the total performance and identification of the training requirements of the production personnel.
* Taking care of manpower handling and distribution of work; ensuring that teams adhere to all the quality tool and procedures.
