• Monitor tamping program with operation and Maintenance of Track surfacing machines (Mark VI, STM XLC, TS-30 & BRM and coordinate with track survey team to ensure delivery of track quality and recommend actions to improve tamping efficiency and quality.
• Preparation of Method statement all track construction activities.
• Looked after over all of quality of the track and ensure the quality of FBW welding (Depot and Field), NTC track laying, Track surfacing and alignment etc.
• Maintain and update Track Quality forecast to ensure targets are met.
• Attend regular Technical and Safety briefings.
I have over 19 years of extensive experience in railway industry. Track construction, Quality management &Project Management, Maintenance, Strategic planning for Track Work execution, in various rail projects both ballast and slab tracks (Metros and conventional) with some of the most esteemed organizations in railway industry in India, Middle east, Africa and Malaysia. Having worked with the organizations keeping very high Safety Standards, have a rich experience on Railway Safe Working Procedures. Having the knowledge of project management& planning software like MS office project & Primavera.
