Working as Sr. Safety officer with the client Middle East Food Solution Company (MEFSCO) a joint venture of CARGILL & ARASCO. Giving training to newly joining personnel in hight works, confined space entry etc. Conducting fire drills. Preparing safety method statement and Risk assessment.
• Ensuring compliance of Company and Clients’ Health & Safety Plan on the Project.
• Monitoring site activities on daily basis, issuing non-compliance and submitting reports to Project Manager.
• Identifying “unsafe” areas and arranging for corrective actions.
• Maintaining HSE statistic report and documents.
• Preparing risk assessment and ensure that it is implemented.
• Issuing permits to work and ensure it is being followed.
• Ensure power tools and equipments are inspected and conduct monthly site safety meeting for follow up.
• Conduct safety induction for new employees.
• Conduct fire safety training for employees.
